“This husband and wife team provided excellent service! Modern computer
equipment and software, and professionals with a depth of tax knowledge, IRS
certifications and training made this decision a no-brainer. While shopping the
competition, I noticed many had lower prices, until I asked what services were
included with the quoted fee, and I soon realized the prices were comparable.
Included in the fee were electronic filing, direct deposit, and an estimate (from
the IRS) of when the refund would be processed. Ken offered no-nonsense, ethical tax
advice for the upcoming year (2003), offered me a mid-year tax checkup, and his
wife, Pat, sent us tons of information germane to our never-ending quest of being
frugal. I'm sure you can find cheaper services elsewhere, but I doubt you would get
the same value. Their website has a lot of great information, and they're moving
into a newly-constructed building mid-2003. There's a reason why this company has
been reviewed so highly
